Inherent Criteria

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Tourism Management with an underpinning qualification in a Tourism related field
  • At least two years’ teaching experience in a higher education environment   Recommended: 

  • Experience in tutoring, mentoring or other similar academic support to students
  • Knowledge of the higher education landscape in SA
  • Knowledge and experience of hybrid models of teaching and learning (FtF and online learning)
  • Evidence of research and publications
