LECTURER

Job Description
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding of and familiarity with the higher education teaching, learning, research and innovation domain.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strict observance to ethical principles and academic integrity.
- Suitable ability to mentor junior staff or colleagues.
Inherent Criteria
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Masters qualification in Law.
- At least two (2) years of experience in teaching at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
- At least two (2) years of experience in research and innovation.
- Demonstrable understanding of national and international research and innovation environments.
- Demonstrable ability to supervise post-graduate students and an acceptable tract record of research publications in accredited or high impact journals
