Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate processing of payments received from debtors.
- Attend to students’ enquiries within 48 hours of queries being received.
- Process refunds in line with the policies and procedures
- Adherence to all procedures and policies of the Student Accounts Office
- Maintain customer service in line with the service charter of the unit.
- Coaching and mentoring of interns assigned to the unit.
- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors
Inherent Criteria
Minimum Requirements and Competencies:
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
Experience:
- 1 Years’ experience in a student finance division at a Higher Education Institution
- Knowledge of ERP System
- Good interpersonal as well as sound communication skills
- Added Advantage: Working knowledge of ITS (Student Debtors Sub System).
