STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of: Head of Campus- Musgrave Campus who will be reporting to the Executive Head – Contact Learning (CL).

Job Description

  • Ensure the achievement of strategic and operational goals within Musgrave Campus.
  • Ensure the strategic and operational integration of academic and administrative functions.
  • Manage financial performance and growth of the Musgrave Campus.
  • Design and implement effective strategies to achieve annual student targets (new and returning).
  • Manage student relations within Musgrave Campus.
  • Be accountable for the achievement of the campus financial performance and growth targets.
  • Develop campus specific business and operational strategies and action plans in collaboration with the Executive Head, within the framework and context of the STADIO strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Academic, Operations and Finance Divisions to ensure the minimum STADIO shared services standards are adhered to Manage the campus operations.
  • Develop and execute an annual campus business and operational strategy and budget in collaboration with the Executive Head, the Campus MANCO team and CL: Financial Manager.
  • Collaborate with Executive Head, CAO, COO and CFO to ensure STADIO-wide minimum standards and policies are adhered to.
  • Identify new campus business growth opportunities in collaboration with the Executive Head.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Head and the Head: Marketing and Student Recruitment to agree on Campus marketing and recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Lead, manage, develop, and mentor the Campus MANCO team.
  • Participate in the management of the STADIO Operations function.

Inherent Criteria

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant NQF 9 qualification.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Higher Education campus management or other relevant areas of Higher Education management.
