Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Facilitation of learning, teaching and assessment activities in undergraduate modules in the Digital Acumen Stream and/or Leadership Acumen Stream, including contributing to curriculum and pedagogical development and improvement
• Participating in the development and implementation of digital and online learning activities and assessments, including the development of simulations and other authentic learning activities
• Contributing to the ongoing development of curricula in response to developments in technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability and the accountancy profession
• Participating in postgraduate supervision activities and, where appropriate, contributing to postgraduate supervision under guidance in Accountancy and related research fields
• Engaging in research and publishing academic work in Accountancy and related research fields in reputable popular, academic and peer-reviewed journals
• Participating in community interaction/social impact initiatives, including involvement in the SAICA’s Thuthuka project, if required
• Participating in academic administration and internal and/or external service-rendering activities
